Safety Rules & Rental Guidelines

 

Your safety is our priority. Please review these rules before using any EzE Jumpers inflatable or rental equipment. Adult supervision is required at all times.
 

⚠️ Essential Safety Rules

Adult supervision is required at all times. Children must never be left unattended in or around an inflatable.
Follow posted capacity and weight limits. Do not overcrowd the inflatable. Separate larger children from smaller children when necessary for safe play.
No rough play. Wrestling, flipping, piling on others, climbing or hanging from safety netting, or intentionally bouncing against enclosure walls is prohibited.
Remove shoes and sharp objects before entering. This includes jewelry, watches, glasses, keys, and other items that could cause injury or damage.
No food, drinks, gum, or pets inside or around the inflatable.
Enter and exit only through the designated entrance. Never climb over the walls or safety netting.
Keep hands and feet inside the inflatable while it is in use.

🌦️ Weather & Setup Safety

 

The inflatable must be installed on a suitable, level surface and properly secured using the provided anchoring system.

Do not operate the inflatable in rain, standing water, or unsafe weather conditions.

If winds or wind gusts reach 22 MPH or higher, the inflatable MUST be shut down and all participants removed immediately.

Never relocate, modify, or reposition installed rental equipment without authorization from EzE Jumpers.
 

⚡ Blower & Electrical Safety

 

ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD

• Keep children away from the blower and electrical equipment.
• Never operate or handle the blower with wet hands or while standing in water.
• Keep the blower, electrical cord, intake, and exhaust areas dry and free of debris.
• Never move the blower while it is operating.
• Do not cover electrical cords with rugs, furniture, or other materials.
• Keep cords away from walkways and areas where they could create a tripping hazard.
• Do not attempt to repair or modify the blower.
• If the blower, cord, or plug appears damaged, stop using the equipment and contact EzE Jumpers immediately.
• Before shutting off the blower, make sure all participants have exited the inflatable.

🧼 Cleaning & Equipment Care

 

Please help us keep every rental clean and ready for the next family.

Food, drinks, gum, pets, silly string, sharp objects, and other materials that may stain or damage the equipment are prohibited.

An additional cleaning charge of $50–$200 may apply when rental equipment requires excessive or deep cleaning.

Customers may be responsible for damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, prohibited items, or failure to follow these safety rules.

Before allowing anyone to enter the inflatable:

✓ Confirm the inflatable is fully inflated
✓ Make sure the area is clear of hazards
✓ Confirm anchors are secure
✓ Keep the blower area clear
✓ Review the rules with all participants
✓ Have a responsible adult actively supervising
